Goran GRGIĆ

Goran Grgić (Osijek, Croatia, 1965) is a theatre, television, and film actor, national acting champion with more than a hundred roles played. 

Having graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb, in 1991 he was permanently employed by the Gavella Theatre. Since 2002, he has been a member of the Drama Ensemble of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb. He was the president of the Croatian Society of Dramatic Artists for eleven years. He is the founder and artistic director of the Novalja Triatar theatre festival and an external associate at the VERN Polytechnic, with the title of associate professor. 

He has been awarded many times for his work. He is the winner of the most prominent art awards (Vladimir Nazor Award, three Croatian Acting Awards, Dubravko Dujšin Award, two Mila Dimitrijević Awards of the Croatian National Theatre...), festival awards (Orlando Dubrovnik Summer Festival, International Theatre and Film Festival, Marulić Days, Satire Days, Actor’s Festival, Histrionic Summer...) and prestigious awards in the Republic of Croatia (Danica Hrvatska with the character of Marko Marulić, Plaque of the City of Zagreb).
